Interior Architect
Job Description
A highly respected luxury interior design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Designer/Interior Architect to join its London team, working on exceptional high-end residential projects.
\nThis role is well suited to a technically driven interior designer/interior architect who enjoys the technical side of design as much as the creative process.
\nThe Role

- Develop architectural space plans, floor plans and detailed drawing packages. \n
- Review supplier, contractor and subcontractor drawings for technical accuracy. \n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider design team. \n
- Attend site visits and support projects through delivery and installation. \n
- Contribute to bespoke FF&E design solutions and help maintain drawing standards. \n
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and design standards. \n
- Carry out measured surveys. \n
What We are Looking For:

- 3–5 years' experience in luxury residential interior design or interior architecture.* \n
- Strong technical knowledge with experience producing detailed construction packages. \n
- Large high-end residential project experience. \n
- Excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills. \n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. \n
- A meticulous eye for detail with excellent organisational skills. \n
- Confident working directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams. \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for exceptional design. \n
