Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 basic + bonus + travel covered + benefits

Work with a leading Microsoft consultancy that delivers innovative Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud and AI solutions to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.

Key responsibilities:

\n


\n
    \n
  • Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • \n
  • Design, develop and implement custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF Controls and Azure services.
  • \n
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practice across project teams.
  • \n
  • Manage DevOps and ALM processes, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
  • \n
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions.
  • \n
  • Support technical pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and client engagements.
  • \n
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for both project teams and stakeholders.
  • \n

What we're looking for:

\n


\n
    \n
  • Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • \n
  • Hands-on development expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plug-ins and PCF Controls.
  • \n
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and integrations.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of DevOps, ALM and CI/CD best practices.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Developer position.
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI experience.
  • \n
  • GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
  • \n
  • Data migration and integration project experience.
  • \n
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.
  • \n
