\nThe products you'll advise on

- Refinancing and capital structure optimisation \n
- Senior and junior term loans, RCFs and bilateral facilities \n
- Unitranche, mezzanine and structured finance \n
- ABL, asset finance and invoice discounting \n
- Syndicated and senior secured financings \n
- Debt capital markets, shareholder and sustainable finance \n
- Growth finance and M&A funding \n
You'll engage a deep network of capital providers, including commercial and challenger banks, credit funds and asset-based lenders.
\nWhat you'll do
\n- \n
- Support origination, diligence, structuring and execution of debt deals, end to end \n
- Appraise finance arrangements and shape capital structures \n
- Build financial models and covenant analysis \n
- Prepare lender presentations and information packs \n
- Help lead lender discussions and manage deal logistics \n
- Support negotiation and documentation alongside legal advisors \n
What we're looking for
\n- \n
- Debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking or restructuring experience \n
- Fluent English and at least one European language \n
- Strong financial modelling and credit analysis \n
- Sharp commercial judgement across multiple workstreams \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Self-motivated, suited to a fast-moving environment \n
