An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Birmingham Corporate team of a highly regarded national law firm that continues to invest heavily in its growth strategy across the Midlands.

The team advises a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, private equity investors, financial institutions and national corporates, delivering high-quality corporate advice across a broad range of transactions.

The team operates on a national platform, providing exposure to high-quality mid-market transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and colleagues across multiple offices.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Private Equity Transactions
\n
• Shareholder Agreements
\n
• Joint Ventures
\n
• Corporate Restructurings and Reorganisations
\n
• Investments and Fundraising
\n
• General Corporate Advisory Work
\n

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with approximately 2+ years' PQE through to Senior Associate level.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong corporate transactional experience gained within a recognised corporate practice
\n
• Experience advising on M&A transactions and general corporate matters
\n
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
\n
• An interest in business development and networking
\n
• A collaborative approach and ambition to contribute to the continued growth of the team
