In-House Lawyer - Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Finance 2+ PQE

We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance or Corporate Real Estate lawyer to join a leading RE asset manager in Central London, providing support in the management of investments across the capital structure in all commercial real estate asset classes; ranging from non-performing loan investments, direct assets and preferred equity interests to corporate restructures and structured finance opportunities.

Providing broad legal support across the investment lifecycle, the role is ideal for a lawyer early in their legal career who wants to move in-house to gain more hands‑on exposure to complex real estate transactions, whilst working in a supportive team. You’ll help ensure legal risk is managed effectively while supporting the fast, commercial decision‑making required in a dynamic investment environment.

The ideal applicant will have experience gained preferably from a leading law firm and be a specialist in complex cross border Corporate RE or REF deals. There is an expectation to be present in the office 4 days / week. This presents as an ideal first time in-house role for a lawyer joining from private practice.
