Lead Sign Installer

\nWe are currently seeking a Sign Engineer to lead our installation team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes real pride in their work, with a strong eye for detail with commitment to delivering high quality installation standards and maintaining safety protocols.
\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sign installation, leadership skills and ability to solve problems whilst on site.
\nDuties
\n- \n
- Head the installation and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. \n
- Plan and coordinate ensuring timely completion of projects. \n
- Install signage on various surfaces such as facias and walls using appropriate systems, substrates, tools and techniques. \n
- On occasion, conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges. \n
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company policies. \n
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order. \n
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. \n
- As a Sign Engineer you will have the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation processes and implement effective solutions. \n
- Ensuring RAMs are signed and understood prior to commencement of work. \n
- Uploading of completion photos for each project to our systems. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Proven experience in sign installation or related trade work. \n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a Sign Fitters mate. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks efficiently. \n
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to signage installation. \n
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment for sign installation. \n
- Valid driving licence for site travel purposes. \n
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at height. \n
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues. This role requires a dedicated individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example to deliver high-quality signage solutions safely and efficiently. \n
- CSCS, IPAF, PASMA preferred but training can be provided where necessary. \n
Working Hours
\nMonday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm - Flexible
