A leading, highly regulated engineering organisation is seeking multiple Project Controllers / Project Planners to support a growing portfolio of complex, high-value programmes. \nKey Responsibilities
\nYou will play a central role in maintaining project performance visibility, integrity, and delivery assurance:

- Project Health & Governance: \n
- Validate project assessments, identifying risks, issues, and performance concerns \n
- Schedule Management: \n
- Lead validation and assurance of project schedules to ensure alignment with planning standards \n
- Develop and maintain high-quality, integrated schedules using Primavera P6 \n
- Integrated Baseline Management: \n
- Own and maintain baseline schedules, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and governance requirements \n
- Cost & Forecasting (EVM Focus): \n
- Analyse Costs to Complete and Estimate at Completion (EAC) \n
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track and report performance \n
- Risk & Opportunity Management: \n
- Lead Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), scenario modelling, and critical path assessments \n
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: \n
- Generate insights across cost, schedule, and resource performance \n
- Ensure integrity and quality of project control data and reporting \n
- Bid & New Business Support: \n
- Contribute to bid activities, ensuring robust planning and controls are embedded from the outset \n
Essential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Strong project planning and controls experience across full project lifecycle \n
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential) \n
- Proven experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and analysis \n
- Ability to develop and manage: \n
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) \n
- Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) \n
- Organisational Breakdown Structures (OBS) \n
- Experience with: \n
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) \n
- Critical Path Analysis \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions \n
- Knowledge of baseline control and change management processes \n
- Experience working with project toolsets (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Unifier, ARM or similar) \n
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills \n
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams \n
Desirable Experience
\n- \n
- Involvement in Estimate at Completion (EAC) / Forecast Cost at Completion processes \n
- Risk and opportunity modelling including “what-if” scenario analysis \n
- Experience working within highly regulated or complex programme environments \n
