Chartered Surveyor (Rural) - £60,000pa + Bonus + Benefits - North Yorkshire / Hybrid Working Available

A RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor is now required to join the Rural team at this established Surveying business in the North Yorkshire area.

Specialising in all Rural matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills and knowledge to use, working across a diverse range of rural estates, farms and landholdings.

The Role

• Working closely with clients to provide advice on a broad spectrum of rural property matters, including Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant Issues, Valuations, Diversification Projects, Compensation & Strategic Business Planing

• Networking across the region to build on the firms already enviable client portfolio
\n
• Act on behalf of your clients in respect of sales and acquisitions
\n

The Person

\n
• MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with a proven background in Rural work
\n
• Have a sound knowledge of, and a passion for farming and rural businesses
\n
• Be able to work autonomously whilst remaining effective in your role
\n
• Must possess UK driving license and possess you own vehicle (a mileage allowance will be paid)
