\nThe role

- Manage a broad caseload of housing litigation and advisory matters \n
- Represent the organisation in court hearings \n
- Advise stakeholders on housing management issues \n
- Draft and review tenancy agreements \n
- Support a paralegal and contribute to the wider legal function \n

About you
\n- \n
- 2+ years’ PQE in housing law \n
- Confidence managing your own caseload independently \n
- Advocacy experience, or an interest in developing this further \n
- A pragmatic and commercially aware approach \n
- Experience handling landlord and tenant matters including arrears, ASB and disrepair \n
