This autonomous manufacturing subsidiary is part of a global growing business. This profitable business is part way through a change programme designed to improve workflow and machine utilisation efficiency.

An experience General Manager is now sought to take the business to the next phase of growth who relishes working within an operational environment producing bespoke engineered components. This is broad role covering business development, workshop operations, logistics, financial management and cash control. It is part of large Group but each of the individual businesses are run as separate SMEs.

Candidates must be manufacturing executives with sales experience who want to lead and manage a plant who produce award winning engineered products and who have a highly motivated skilled workforce. You must also positively embrace change, enjoy working autonomously, be measured/rewarded on results achieved and be proud to part of the engineering sector.
