Associate Recruitment Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you'll support NFI generation by sourcing, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates, building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who is looking to build a long-term career in specialist recruitment. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll gain exposure to live mandates from day one while developing the skills, market knowledge and commercial confidence to progress into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Market map and proactively engage high-calibre, hard-to-find talent.
\n
• Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
\n
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from qualification through to offer stage.
\n
• Deliver high-quality, well-matched shortlists to experienced consultants.
\n
• Share market insight gathered through candidate conversations.
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practice recruitment processes.
\n
• Participate in structured training and ongoing development.
\n
