Service Care Solutions have a excellent opportunity that has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly respected and expanding Scottish law firm in Perth. This role is open to ambitious Senior Associates ready to step up, as well as established Partners seeking a new platform to grow their practice within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

The work includes:

• Trust and executry administration

• Wills and Powers of Attorney
\n
• Tax and succession planning
\n
• Estate planning
\n
• Asset protection and related private client matters
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Scottish qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
\n
• Strong technical experience across private client matters
\n
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
\n
• Interest in business development and growing a practice
\n
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities are advantageous
\n
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential
\n
