We're supporting a respected specialist contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering luxury homes, complex refurbishments and bespoke private residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.

As part of their continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a prestigious £10m development, alongside a pipeline of exceptional high-end residential projects.

This isn't volume housebuilding.

These are one-off homes where every detail matters. From complex structural works and specialist trades to premium finishes and demanding private clients, you'll play a key role in delivering homes that set the benchmark for quality.

The Role

You'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of a flagship high-end residential project.
\n
• Coordinating subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers.
\n
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance.
\n
• Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and finish throughout every stage of the build.
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
\n
• Identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects moving forward.
\n

About You

You'll already have experience delivering high-end residential projects for a principal contractor and understand what it takes to exceed expectations on bespoke developments.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction.
\n
• Experience delivering bespoke new builds and luxury refurbishments.
\n
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
\n
• A genuine passion for quality and craftsmanship.
\n
