Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) London

Our client is seeking an ambitious Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team.

You will advise on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, including private M&A, private equity transactions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, company reorganisations and constitutional documents. There will also be opportunities to work on AIM flotations, public company transactions and acquisition finance.

The team acts for private equity and VCT funds, founders, management teams, investors, acquirers and lenders across a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years' PQE gained in a well-regarded Corporate team within the City
\n
• Admission to the Solicitors' Roll of England & Wales
\n
• A 2:1 degree or above (preferred)
\n
• Experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions
\n
• Strong technical, drafting and client management skills
\n
