\nRole Summary
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join an established and growing Private Wealth team, advising an impressive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families.
\nWorking alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting on complex estate planning, succession and trust matters. The role offers exceptional quality work, early responsibility and a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career within one of the country's leading Private Wealth practices.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion. \n
- Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning. \n
- Provide inheritance tax and estate planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. \n
- Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust documentation. \n
- Support senior lawyers on complex trust, tax and wealth preservation matters. \n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, professional referrers and intermediaries. \n
- Deliver commercially focused advice while maintaining exceptional standards of client care. \n
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Private Wealth team. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in Private Client. \n
- Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning. \n
- Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills. \n
- Experience acting for high-net-worth clients would be advantageous. \n
- Commercially minded with strong relationship-building abilities. \n
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a leading national practice. \n
- STEP qualification is welcomed but not essential. \n
- An interest in business development and developing long-term client relationships. \n
