A specialist education provider is seeking an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy learning environment. This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities, administrative support, record management, and stakeholder liaison.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:

\n

'14; Act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders

\n

'14; Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently and professionally

\n

'14; Maintain accurate records and administrative systems

\n

'14; Coordinate attendance monitoring and reporting processes

\n

'14; Liaise with families and key stakeholders regarding attendance and general enquiries

\n

'14; Produce reports, letters, and other documentation as required

\n

'14; Support safeguarding, compliance, and welfare procedures

\n

'14; Assist with general office administration and operational tasks

\n

'14; Ensure reception and visitor processes are managed effectively

\n

'14; Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

\n

🔹 What They're Looking For:

'14; Previous experience in administration, office coordination, reception, or customer service

\n

'14; Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

\n

'14; Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

\n

'14; Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently

\n

'14; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

\n

'14; Experience maintaining records, databases, or administrative systems

\n

'14; Professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner

\n

'14; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

\n

'14; Experience within education, public sector, charity, or community-focused environments would be advantageous
