\nBased on the stunning shores of the West Coast of Scotland, our client is looking for a Sous Chef who’s passionate about fresh ingredients, coastal flavours and creating consistently great dishes. You’ll work closely with their Head Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences in a supportive, well-organised and genuinely enjoyable environment.
\nWhat you’ll be doing
\n• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
\n• Preparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes
\n• Leading the team when the Head Chef is off perfecting their golf swing
\n• Keeping standards high and consistency spot-on
\n• Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
\n• Assisting with stock control, ordering and waste reduction
\n• Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development
\n• Helping build a positive, motivated kitchen culture
\nWhat they’re looking for
\n• Experienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
\n• Passion for fish, seafood and coastal cooking
\n• Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
\n• Supportive team player with leadership skills
\n• Strong commitment to quality, consistency and best practice

\n• £34,320–£35,360 per year (DOE), paid weekly
\n• Tips shared across the restaurant team
\n• 40 hours per week – no late nights, no night shifts, no split shifts
