Assistant Management Accountant

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established business based on the outskirts of Petersfield on a permanent basis. This position will play an important role in delivering accurate financial information and providing insight to support business decision-making. • Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
\n
• Providing analysis and insight to help understand business performance and key financial trends
\n
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
\n
• Supporting month-end processes, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
\n
• Assisting with fixed asset management and other accounting activities as required
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance financial reporting
\n

The Ideal Assistant Management Accountant Candidate:\n

\n
• Previous experience within a similar position
\n
• Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
\n
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Commercially minded with an interest in understanding the wider business impact of financial information
\n
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
\n
• Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and ways of working
\n
