Optical Assistant - Kentish Town

Part-Time | 3–4 Days per Week

As an Optical Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the practice and help create an exceptional experience for every patient.

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
\n
• Carrying out pre-screening and basic eye health checks
\n
• Assisting the Optometrist with a smooth patient journey
\n
• Dispensing spectacles and advising on lens options
\n
• Helping patients choose frames that suit their style and lifestyle
\n
• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles
\n
• Managing collections and aftercare appointments
\n
• Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
\n

• Part-time role – 3 to 4 days per week
\n
