Day-to-Day of the role:
\n- \n
- Raising and processing purchase orders. \n
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. \n
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier information. \n
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management. \n
- Tracking orders and resolving delivery issues. \n
- Supporting contract administration and supplier performance reviews. \n
- Assisting with cost-saving initiatives and procurement projects. \n
- Producing procurement reports and analysing purchasing data. \n
- Working closely with internal departments to support operational requirements. \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar coordination role. \n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. \n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. \n
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. \n
- Experience using procurement, ERP, or inventory management systems would be advantageous. \n
