\nWhat you'll do:

- Liaise closely with fee earners across the firm to highlight or identify potential conflicts of interest, ensuring clear communication and collaborative problem-solving. \n
- Analyse and interpret complex search results from internal conflict systems as well as external sources to determine whether legal or commercial conflicts exist. \n
- Validate and vet information submitted via internal Conflicts forms, maintaining accuracy and completeness throughout the process. \n
- Review database searches meticulously to ensure all relevant data is captured and verified for thorough conflict checks. \n
- Develop knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements pertinent to the wider Risk and Compliance team, staying abreast of industry changes. \n
- Assist in the ongoing education of colleagues by raising awareness of the firm's conflicts processes and policies through training sessions and guidance. \n
- Support the continual improvement of conflict management procedures by contributing feedback and insights based on daily experiences. \n
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Risk and Compliance team to share best practices and foster a culture of mutual support. \n
- Maintain detailed records of conflict checks, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external regulations. \n
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across departments to resolve queries related to conflicts analysis efficiently. \n
