Finance Manager

Interim Finance ManagerLocation: WetherbyContract: 3-4 monthsHybrid working: Minimum 3 days onsite

Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing business in Wetherby to recruit an Interim Finance Manager for an initial period of 3-4 months.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an experienced finance professional who can provide immediate support across the finance function, with a particular focus on staff supervision and cash control.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in managing and developing finance staff, with previous experience supervising a ledger team considered essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting the transactional finance / ledger team
\n
• Overseeing cash control and cashflow-related processes
\n
• Ensuring effective day-to-day finance operations
\n
• Maintaining financial controls and supporting process improvements where needed
\n
• Providing stability and leadership to the wider finance function during the contract period
\n

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in an interim or contract Finance Manager role
\n
• Previous experience supervising a ledger team is essential
\n
• Strong cash control experience
\n
• A background within manufacturing would be advantageous
\n
• Able to work onsite in Wetherby a minimum of 3 days per week
\n
