- Undertake Child and Family Assessments within statutory timescales. \n
- Assess risk and identify appropriate support and intervention plans. \n
- Conduct Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries where required. \n
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery. \n
- Produce high-quality reports and recommendations. \n
- Participate in strategy discussions, case conferences, and planning meetings. \n
- Support children and families from referral through assessment and next-step planning. \n
- \n
- Social Work England registration. \n
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification). \n
- Significant experience within Assessment or Front Door Services. \n
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures. \n
- Excellent communication and analytical skills. \n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one. \n
