Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an Engineering Contract Manager to join a maintenance provider on their High-End Residential contract in Fulham.
\nYou will be responsible for the delivery of the hard services maintenance contract, managing the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
\nEngineering Contract Manager Key duties & Responsibilities

- Managing the delivery of the hard services maintenance contract \n
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance programmes \n
- Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team \n
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site \n
- Running Profit and Loss (P&L) \n
- Managing KPI and SLA's. \n
- Management of client relationships on a daily basis. \n
- Attending client meetings \n
- Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works \n
- Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers \n
- Recruitment \n
- Develop staff, annual appraisals etc \n
- Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues \n
- Reports \n
- Winning and managing additional business opportunities \n
- Responsible for the permit system. \n
- Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract. \n
Engineering Contract Manager Requirements
\n- \n
- Technically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVAC \n
- Experience in managing contracts / maintenance teams \n
- Personable and good people skills \n
- Driven and motivated \n
- Computer skills \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
