High end manufacturer of premium interior products * Specification sales into A&D specifiers | Elite award winning employer A&D Specification Sales Manager - Premium interiors Territory: North West The Role of A&D Specification Sales Manager * A field based, home based role at the heart of the UK's most influential design and architecture community. * You will promote and specify an elite range of premium flooring products directly to the A&D community, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and design practices shaping the North West's commercial landscape. * Your projects will span offices, healthcare, and hospitality, high profile commercial builds where design decisions are made early and specification wins carry real weight. * You will inherit a strong pipeline and the autonomy to build on it, working across some of the region's most exciting live projects. * You will inherit an area with strong pre-existing relationships with the A&D community. * You will be the face of the brand at CPD presentations and Lunch & Learns, building the kind of long term specifier relationships that turn into repeat business. The Candidate for the A&D Specification Sales Manager * Proven experience specifying interior products directly to architects and interior designers * A track record of winning and converting A&D specification projects, not just managing existing accounts * Polished, credible, and comfortable presenting to design practices at the highest level * Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D) is essential The Package on offer for the A&D Specification Sales Manager * Up to £60,000 basic, circa £25,000 OTE * Health * Death in Service (8x salary) * 20 weeks full pay maternity leave * 27 days plus stats * Enhanced multi option stakeholder pension * Company car, generous choice including hybrid and electric Ref CPJ1868
