Site Manager / Project Manager (CAT A Fit Out) Leeds City Centre | 12-Month Contract September 2026 - September 2027 Have you successfully delivered large-scale CAT A fit outs across multiple floors and want to take ownership of one of Leeds' most high-profile commercial refurbishment projects? We're looking for an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager with a background in Tier 1 contractors or leading fit out specialists to lead the delivery of a 7-floor city centre commercial office refurbishment at 2 Wellington Place, Leeds. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a multi-phased CAT A fit out, working closely with the client and project team to deliver a flagship commercial scheme from enabling works through to completion. The Project 7-storey commercial office refurbishment Existing 20-year-old office building Internal soft strip, enabling works and CAT A fit out Multi-phase delivery across the entire building Working closely with the client to complete Phase 1 and deliver Phase 2 Site-based role for the full project duration Separate package managers overseeing external works and roofing What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering CAT A fit out projects from start to finish Minimum 2 years' recent CAT A fit out experience Track record on large-scale refurbishment and fit out projects Experience delivering at least one multi-phase project lasting 6 months+ Background with a Tier 1 contractor or established fit out specialist Strong reporting, planning and IT skills Excellent understanding of H&S, compliance and quality procedures Experience managing multiple trades within occupied or live commercial environments Comfortable working as part of a close-knit delivery team Essential Requirements Experience in refurbishment and fit out projects Full UK driving licence Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Based in or around the Leeds area Experience working on city-centre commercial refurbishments Comfortable managing works across multiple floors and phases The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major refurbishment project in the heart of Leeds, delivering a high-quality CAT A office fit out across seven floors.
