What you’ll be doing: * Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates. * Driving sales activity, from prospecting new business to closing opportunities. * Matching talented candidates to the right roles and guiding them through the recruitment process. * Working core hours 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with participation in a rota’d on-call system. What we’re looking for: * Proven sales experience – confident in winning and growing business. * A positive, proactive attitude – someone who sees opportunities, not obstacles. * Resilience, drive, and excellent communication skills.
