Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising and supporting a team of electrical engineers * Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works * Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and electrical standards * Conducting technical audits, inspections, and quality checks * Supporting the Contract Manager with day-to-day operations * Liaising with clients and subcontractors to maintain exceptional service delivery * Assisting with permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements * Responding to technical issues and providing leadership during critical incidents About You We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who has: * A recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Previous experience supervising engineers within a commercial building environment * Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance * Excellent leadership and communication skills * A proactive approach with a strong customer focus * Experience within facilities management or building services is highly desirable Why Apply?
