Contract Mobile Developer (iOS/Flutter)- Likely outside IR35

Contract: 6 months (initial)
\n Rate: Around £400 per day
\n Location: Manchester, 2-3 days per week onsite

I'm working with an exciting Manchester-based IoT technology business that's looking to bring in an experienced Mobile Developer to help evolve and enhance its mobile applications.

This is a hands-on contract role within a growing engineering team where you'll have the opportunity to work on products that interact with connected devices used in the real world.

What you'll be doing

\n
• Developing and enhancing native iOS applications (Swift)
\n
• Supporting Android development where required
\n
• Contributing to cross-platform development using Flutter
\n
• Building clean, maintainable and scalable mobile applications
\n
• Working closely with firmware, Back End and product teams
\n
• Helping shape technical decisions and improve development practices
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Strong commercial experience developing native iOS applications using Swift
\n
• Exposure to Android development (Kotlin or Java)
\n
• Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development
\n
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and best practices
\n
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating with Back End services
\n
• Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative engineering environment
\n
• Previous experience working on connected device, IoT or hardware-integrated products would be beneficial but isn't essential
\n
