The Role

This is a true 360, high-impact desk for experienced recruiters who want autonomy, pace, and serious earning potential.

You’ll be:

• Winning new business across LLM, Computer Vision, Robotics or Research
\n
• Building long-term client partnerships, not transactional accounts
\n
• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle – from first call to signed offer
\n
• Positioning yourself as a market expert, advising clients and candidates at senior levels
\n

What We’re Looking For

• A proven 360 recruiter from AI, tech, or adjacent specialist markets
\n
• Strong business development DNA – you enjoy the hunt
\n
• Confidence managing multiple high-value relationships at once
\n
• Experience in energy / renewables is a big plus
\n
