\n- \n
- Advising on payments-related contracting matters across the EMEA business \n
- Providing product counsel support to cross-functional teams on new and existing payments features \n
- Advising on financial regulatory matters, including AML and credit broking requirements \n
- Working closely with an established in-house payments legal team on a mix of BAU and project-based work \n
What we're looking for
\n- \n
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with relevant experience in payments, financial services, or financial regulatory law \n
- Prior experience advising on AML, credit broking, or related financial regulation, ideally gained in-house or via secondment at a fintech, payments business, or financial institution \n
- Comfortable working across contracting, product, and regulatory advisory simultaneously \n
- Available for a September/October 2026 start, for an initial 4–6 month engagement \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
