Oculus are currently partnering with a prestigious Top 100 UK law firm to recruit an exceptional Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to advise a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions, while enjoying an excellent work-life balance and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Opportunity:

You'll work across a full spectrum of Corporate Law matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

• Private Equity transactions
\n
• Venture Capital and Development Capital investments
\n
• Joint Ventures
\n
• Corporate Reorganisations
\n

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + attractive bonus scheme

Hybrid Working: 2 days in the Manchester office, 3 days from home
