Based in Stirling | fully office-based role

\n

Full-Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

\n

Fixed-Term Contract until end of March 2027

\n

Salary up to £35,000 + benefits (depending on experience)

\n

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Charity business based in Stirling to recruit this new role into their team on a fixed-term basis for 8 months, until the end of March 2027.

\n


\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth support on a number of fundraising projects.

\n


\n

Duties involved in this role will include:

\n
    \n
  • Support the promotion and delivery of charity’s fundraising projects
  • \n
  • Setting up specific fundraising drives using the platform admin system, ensuring accuracy and readiness for launch
  • \n
  • Manage and fundraising website and admin portal, including updating content
  • \n
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of active campaigns, monitoring registrations, participant activity and system performance
  • \n
  • Act as first point of contact for the project inbox, responding to participant enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • \n
  • Liaising with the external web developer to report, track and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective communication and timely fixes
  • \n
  • Manage invoicing processes including reviewing requests, issuing invoices and supporting payment queries (including Stripe and invoice-based payments)
  • \n
  • Investigate payment issues, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate administrative records relating to challenges, participants and transactions
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with the Income Generation and Communications teams to support delivery timelines and participant experience
  • \n
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts
  • \n
  • Various other fundraising & administration duties as required
  • \n

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within Charitable organisation & prior experience in the running & management of fundraising activities
  • \n
  • Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly as you will be fully responsible for systems upkeep on the fundraising side
  • \n
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise & manage your workload effectively
  • \n
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and seek out tasks to support with on occasions when your desk isn’t busy
  • \n
