I'm currently working with a highly regarded, award-winning law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Family Lawyer to join its well-established and high-performing Family team.

The Role

\n

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload across all aspects of Family Law, with a particular focus on high-net-worth financial matters, Children Act proceedings, and other complex family cases.

\n


\n

Working closely with the Partners, you'll play a key role in supporting the team's continued growth, delivering excellent client service, and contributing to business development initiatives across the local region.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Manage a broad caseload covering all aspects of Family Law with minimal supervision.
  • \n
  • Handle complex matters including high-net-worth financial remedy cases, Children Act proceedings, TOLATA disputes, injunctions, preventative work, and elements of international family law.
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and Partners to achieve departmental objectives.
  • \n
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Deliver work in a commercially effective and efficient manner.
  • \n
  • Continue developing technical expertise and professional skills through ongoing learning and development.
  • \n

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a varied Family Law caseload, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • \n
  • Pre and post nuptial agreements
  • \n
  • High-net-worth financial remedy proceedings
  • \n
  • Children Act matters
  • \n
  • TOLATA claims
  • \n
  • International family law matters
  • \n
  • Injunctive relief
  • \n
  • An area of specialist expertise within Family Law would be advantageous.
