We're working exclusively with a highly respected, independent property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Associate to help lead and grow its Commercial Property Management team. You'll take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio while combining Property Management, Asset Management and Facilities Management, working closely with key clients to deliver strategic advice and exceptional service.

The Opportunity

• Lead and grow a well-established Commercial Property Management team.
\n
• Take full responsibility for the management and performance of a commercial portfolio.
\n
• Provide strategic Asset Management advice to maximise value across client assets.
\n
• Oversee Facilities Management, ensuring buildings are operated efficiently and remain fully compliant.
\n
• Build and develop long-term client relationships with direct exposure to key decision-makers.
\n
• Mentor and support junior surveyors while helping drive the continued growth of the business.
\n
• Work closely with the senior leadership team and have genuine input into the direction of the department.

About You

\n
• MRICS qualified.
\n
• Significant experience within Commercial Property Management.
\n
• Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and commercial property performance.
\n
• Knowledge of Facilities Management, building compliance and operational management.
\n
• Confident managing high-profile client relationships.
\n
• Commercially minded with ambitions to take on greater leadership responsibility.
\n
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and growing a successful team.
\n
