Product Manager

Contract Product Manager | Outside IR35 | £400pd | Remote (very occasional London travel)

Focused on workforce management and operational optimization for high-volume distribution and logistics environments, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and advanced AI capability to drive immediate commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of specialized workforce optimization software, aligning technical execution directly with measurable client outcomes and P&L impact.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build scalable, AI-driven scheduling and forecasting tools tailored to heavy operational workflows.

• Lead discovery and execution alongside design, commercial, and technical teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into clear, reliable user features.

Required Experience:

• 3–6 years of product management experience managing B2B SaaS solutions end-to-end, ideally within operationally intensive or configuration-heavy environments.
\n
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss architecture with engineers and data scientists, paired with a systems-thinking approach to complex data.
\n
• Proven track record of translating complex user workflows into intuitive software, with experience in workforce management, logistics, or AI/ML productization.
