\nAn established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee delivery of electrical packages on commercial projects across London.
\nThis is a key site-based leadership role, offering a clear progression route into Electrical Project Manager positions for the right individual.
\n\nRole Overview
\nYou will be responsible for managing the on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you will drive programme performance and maintain strong coordination with the main contractor and wider site team.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day electrical installation works on site \n
- Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and direct labour \n
- Coordinate with main contractors and other trades to maintain programme \n
- Monitor progress and report against key milestones \n
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures \n
- Maintain quality control standards and oversee inspections \n
- Support commercial processes including variations and change management \n
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover documentation \n
Experience & Requirements

- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Site Manager within the UK M&E sector \n
- Strong background delivering commercial projects \n
- Experience managing electrical packages on medium to large-scale developments \n
- Good understanding of programme management and site logistics \n
- SMSTS and CSCS (Manager level) preferred \n
