Social Creative (2 Positions Available)

We're looking for Social Creatives to join an award-winning creative agency on an initial FTC, with the opportunity to become permanent.

These are social-first roles for creatives who genuinely understand how people consume content today. We're open to candidates with different strengths, whether you're a hands-on creator who loves getting behind the camera or an ideas-led creative who thrives on concepting and storytelling.

We're looking for either:

Social Creative (Shooter / Creator - Publisher EXP)

You'll be someone who can take an idea from concept through to execution.

You'll have:

\n
• Strong self-shooting and editing skills
\n
• Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
\n
• A natural storytelling ability
\n
• Experience developing recurring content formats or series
\n
• Confidence working independently from brief through to final delivery
\n
• A strong understanding of what makes content perform on social
\n

OR

Social Creative (Ideas / Editorial)

You'll be an ideas-first creative with a strong editorial mindset.

You'll have:

\n
• Excellent creative ideation skills
\n
• A strong understanding of social culture and platform behaviour
\n
• An editorial approach to storytelling and content
\n
• Experience developing concepts that are culturally relevant and audience-first
\n
• Confidence presenting and evolving creative ideas
\n
• A passion for creating work built specifically for social
\n

We'd love to hear from people with backgrounds in:

\n
• Editorial teams
\n
• Creative agencies with a strong social offering
\n

You'll be:

• Developing social-first creative ideas from brief through to execution
\n
• Creating engaging, platform-native content
\n
• Working across exciting consumer brands
\n
• Collaborating with creatives, strategists and producers in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Helping shape campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences
\n
