Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic and regulatory initiatives for a leading financial services client.

This role will focus on driving high-quality requirements definition, stakeholder alignment and supporting execution across multiple concurrent programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling successful delivery across complex change initiatives.

The position offers the opportunity to work across key European regulatory frameworks and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Analysis

\n
• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through to validation
\n
• Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and data models
\n
• Conduct gap analysis (as-is vs. target state)
\n
• Ensure requirements align with regulatory obligations and business objectives
\n

Stakeholder Management

\n
• Interface with business, product and technology teams across multiple workstreams
\n
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder engagement and sign-off
\n
• Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies
\n

Delivery Support

\n
• Support multiple programmes in parallel within a fast-paced environment
\n
• Ensure requirements are delivery-ready, clearly defined and traceable
\n
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
\n
• Support UAT, defect management and resolution
\n

Governance & Control

\n
• Maintain full traceability of requirements for audit readiness
\n
• Contribute to RAID logs, decision tracking and programme governance frameworks
\n
• Ensure adherence to best practice and regulatory standards
\n

Key Experience

\n
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services
\n
• Strong regulatory change experience, including:
\n
• MiFID
\n
• Solvency II (TPT/QRT)
\n
• Dutch regulatory frameworks (FTK, MER, MESRAP, CCI)
\n
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
\n
• Strong requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation skills
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
\n

Desirable Experience

\n
• Experience within asset servicing, custody or fund administration environments
\n
• Exposure to data mapping and SQL
\n
• Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors
\n
