\nRole Overview
\nMy client based in West London, a Global Data Services Organisation are seeking a Project Manager / Change & Delivery Manager to lead the pilot roll-out of a new strategic tooling platform across multiple international markets.
\nThey are looking for a PM with go to market experience including market readiness for the rollout of a new global tool - ideally CRM or similar.
\nThe role will own market readiness, UAT, training, adoption, stakeholder engagement and go-live planning, ensuring each location is fully prepared and local requirements are reflected in the wider programme.
\nThe ideal candidate will have consulting industry experience - however this is not a must have requirement.

- Build and run the market readiness plan for an initial set of pilot markets, ensuring local-market specific requirements are factored in and completed ahead of tooling deployment. \n
- Work with local market and operations leads to manage the deployment and benefits realisation of the programme’s strategic initiatives, securing local buy-in and engagement with the central transformation programme. \n
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing with local market participants. \n
- Coordinate the training and adoption approach with SMEs and local leads. \n
- Support the prioritisation, planning and roll-out of the transformation agenda beyond the initial pilot markets across the global business. \n
- Provide clear reporting into programme governance, escalating blockers and challenges and proposing ideas to resolve. \n
Experience wanted:

- Proven project management experience deploying systems, tools or processes into operational teams. \n
- Strong operational change and stakeholder management skills, able to build trust quickly with local teams and handle conflicting stakeholder expectations and concerns \n
- .Excellent planning and communication skillsets, able to create effective project plans, tracking actions and risks across multiple teams. \n
- Proactive thinker with high attention to detail and able to spot potential challenges and blockers ahead of time. \n
