Senior Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC

Leading UK based professional services firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their In-House legal team on a 12 month FTC basis starting ASAP. Hybrid/flexible working out of their London or regional offices.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will have a broad remit covering:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and supplier agreements, including SOWs, SLAs and technology contracts
\n
• Corporate support advising on group structure, intra-group agreements and corporate governance matters
\n
• Advising on IP ownership, licensing, assignment and infringement risk
\n
• Data Privacy support on data sharing agreements, confidentiality, security obligations and international data matters.
\n
• Liaising extensively with senior internal stakeholders as a point of contact for general legal advice
\n

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 7+ years PQE as a guide with demonstratable experience in a similar capacity with a focus on commercial contracts, coupled with broader advisory related to corporate, IP and privacy.
