As an Associate Director, you will:

\n
• Strategically lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects (ranging across 5,000 – 150,000 sq ft) through all project phases, upholding quality, cost, and time objectives.
\n
• Serve as a key client contact, driving new business initiatives, pitching, and developing strong enduring client and industry relationships.
\n
• Mentor, coach, and empower junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
\n
• Support the development and delivery of business strategies, contributing to the growth of both your team and the wider organisation.
\n

What Skills You Need

\n
• Experience leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects within the Central London office market.
\n
• Degree and MRICS (or equivalent) professional qualification.
\n
• Demonstrated success in business development, pitching, and generating revenue.
\n
• Track record in managing teams and developing talent.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness, high integrity, and ability to operate autonomously.
\n
