Who you are

• Deep W-IRB knowledge: how outputs drive RWA, pricing and origination, and where the edge cases live in institutional credit.
\n
• You've worked with FI and/or NBFI counterparties and you know what good model embedding looks like in practice.
\n
• Proven ability to diagnose issues across data, systems and processes and drive remediation.
\n
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders across Business, Risk and Finance in a global, matrixed environment.
\n
• You've reviewed and shaped credit risk policy, not just followed it.
\n
• Comfortable translating complex model behavior into clear, decision-ready messages for non-technical audiences.
\n
• CCR, market products or AI workflow experience is a plus.
\n

What you'll deliver

• Model usage reviews across FI and NBFI portfolios, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.
\n
• Improvements to how W-IRB model outputs are applied across credit decisions, RWA management and pricing.
\n
• Simplified, strengthened credit risk policies and frameworks.
\n
• Clear guidance and user-facing materials that help the business get more from its models.
