Senior Asset Manager | Commercial Real Estate

A private equity-backed real estate investment platform is looking to appoint a Senior Asset Manager to lead its commercial real estate portfolio. Well-capitalised and acquisitive, the business is focused on delivering value across its existing portfolio while continuing to pursue new investment opportunities.

The role offers broad exposure across asset management, capital projects and portfolio strategy, with involvement in business planning and performance reporting. Alongside core asset management responsibilities, you'll also contribute to refurbishment programmes and capital projects across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of asset-level business plans across a commercial real estate portfolio
\n
• Lead leasing, renewals and re-gears to optimise income and asset value
\n
• Oversee capital projects and refurbishment programmes, managing consultants and external advisers
\n
• Oversee property managers, leasing agents and professional advisers
\n
• Manage budgets, cashflow, forecasts and asset-level reporting
\n
• Provide input into portfolio reviews, capital allocation decisions and exit strategies
\n
• Support the integration of new acquisitions into the portfolio
\n

About you:

\n
• Experienced Asset Manager from a principal investor, listed property company or PE-backed real estate platform.
\n
• Track record across leasing, re-gears and refurbishment programmes
\n
• Strong financial acumen with experience working closely with investment teams
\n
• MRICS preferred
\n
