\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a leading membership organisation that plays a vital role in supporting professionals across a highly technical sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous membership body experience who enjoys delivering outstanding member service, managing membership processes and working closely with volunteers and committees.

\nThe Role
\nThis varied position combines membership administration, stakeholder engagement and operational coordination. Responsibilities include:

- Managing membership enquiries by telephone and email, providing an outstanding member experience. \n
- Processing membership applications, renewals and professional registrations accurately and efficiently. \n
- Coordinating professional review interviews, including scheduling, logistics and supporting interview panels. \n
- Providing administrative support to membership and professional standards committees, preparing documentation and communicating outcomes. \n
- Working closely with volunteers, committee members and senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of membership activities. \n
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and processing membership payments. \n
- Supporting regulatory and licensing activities, audits and reporting. \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve membership processes and customer service. \n
- Representing the organisation at member events and promotional activities where required. \n
About You
\nTo be successful, you'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working within a professional membership organisation, trade association or chartered body. \n
- Strong membership administration experience. \n
- Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. \n
- Experience using CRM systems to manage member records. \n
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to learn and develop. \n
Experience supporting committees, volunteer groups, professional registration or assessment/interview processes would be highly advantageous.
