Job Description
Oliver Sanderson is partnering with one of the UK's leading business services global brands to appoint a Head of Pay.
\nReporting to the Director of Reward, you'll lead the global pay function, managing a specialist team responsible for delivering competitive, compliant and commercially focused pay programmes across an international workforce.
\nWorking closely with HR, Finance, Legal and Employee Relations, you'll lead annual pay reviews, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay governance and market analysis, while driving continuous improvement across pay processes, systems and reporting.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Pay team. \n
- Manage global pay structures, benchmarking and job evaluation. \n
- Deliver annual salary review and pay planning cycles. \n
- Ensure compliance with global pay legislation and governance. \n
- Provide expert advice on complex pay matters. \n
- Drive process improvement and pay analytics. \n
- Manage external pay providers and key stakeholder relationships. \n
About You:
\nYou'll have significant experience managing global pay programmes within a large, complex organisation, with strong knowledge of pay benchmarking, job evaluation and international pay practices. You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
\nTrade Union experience and a CIPD qualification are desirable.
