This is a leading role working on two of the most high-profile partnerships in Formula 1, working with one of the biggest teams on the grid. My client is on the lookout for a professional to oversee the global coordination and integration of our client’s Formula 1 partnership assets, including showcars, gaming rigs and other ad hoc items, into their global events and activation calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day supplier, stakeholder and client relationships.
\n
• Work alongside a global sponsorship and rights management team.
\n
• Manage activations across the F1 season, controlling logistics and freight management.
\n
• Ensure that timesheets for self and direct reports are completed on time and accurately.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Strong background in event logistics (F1 Experience crucial for this role).
\n
• experience in project and/or event management either agency side, client side or with a rights holder.
\n
• Previous background in experiential or project management related roles highly beneficial.
\n
• Operational knowledge in F1 key to the role and direct experience in showcar or gaming rigs.
