\nLocation: London
\nPackage: £35,000 - £40,000 + £350 per month car allowance.
\nPrimary Purpose of the Position:
\nThe role requires flexibility to respond to operational needs and occasional out-of-hours support when required. - Reporting directly to the ROM (Regional Operations Manager) \n
Main Duties of the Position:
\n- \n
- Respond to all client concerns quickly and professionally \n
- Recruitment \n
- Provide support to improve performance \n
- Managing poor performance effectively and within company policies/procedures \n
- Work alongside HR where necessary to provide support with employee relations and HR disciplinary procedures \n
- Ensure there is a visible presence on-site at all times \n
- Audits/Payroll timesheets \n
- Health and Safety checks and training \n
- Ensure monthly site budgets are met \n
- Order consumables and materials for sites via the online system \n
Desired Skills and Experience:
\n- \n
- A positive hands-on approach with the ability to multitask. \n
- Organised with a 'can do' attitude \n
- Maintain consistency under pressure \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Ability to travel regularly between multiple client sites across the region. A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for this role. \n
- Candidates must be able to satisfy client security vetting requirements, which may include residency checks and background screening. \n
Other Information:

- Experience managing operations within a multi-site, customer-focused environment such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare, or similar sectors. \n
- The role includes a rota covering occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holiday periods, with advance notice provided wherever possible. \n
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service standards is essential \n
- Experience managing budgets and understanding financial performance indicators is desirable. \n
