Senior Fund Controller
Job Description
Equifind is supporting a large, multi-faceted UK property investment and management platform to recruit a Senior Fund Controller to join their London operation. Offices are based in Belgravia.
\nThis is a dynamic and broad role, where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business -including finance, treasury, due diligence, deal execution, structuring, and reporting while working closely with the entire senior leadership team.

\nKey duties include:
\n- \n
- Overseeing fund administrators and outsourced advisors \n
- Responsible for overseeing the build out and delivery of efficient and robust reporting \n
- Managing the fund budgeting and cash forecasting process, including capital calls and distributions. \n
- Oversight and management of fund and advisor payments, invoices and expenses as well as oversight of financing. \n
- Supporting investment teams in new transactions and the onboarding of new investments \n
- Providing input to the operational and financial initiatives within portfolio and on-going assessment of portfolio valuations \n
- Contribute to key day-to-day initiatives alongside operational team \n
Application requirements:
\n- \n
- Qualified chartered accountant (preferably audit trained) \n
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience, within a fund finance function (ideally private equity real estate) \n
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP \n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills. \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. \n
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. \n

Interested candidates must be happy to work from the office 5 days per week during probation, reducing to 4 days per week afterwards.
