\nThe Opportunity:
\nAn established and growing private practice is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5 years+++ PQE) to join its expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering real flexibility. The firm is open to:

- Consultancy agreements \n
The role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who values autonomy, flexibility and strong earning potential, while still benefiting from the backing of an established practice. You will advise both individuals and businesses across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\nThe Role:
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution \n
- Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements \n
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks \n
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings (where required) \n
- Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to SME and corporate clients \n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships \n
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm \n
- This role offers real autonomy and responsibility from day one. \n
About You:
\nYou will be:
\n- \n
- A UK-qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law within private practice \n
- Experienced in handling your own caseload independently \n
- Confident advising claimant and/or respondent clients \n
- Comfortable working remotely with strong organisation and self-management skills \n
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused \n
